Over the course of his sweet career, he has won a multitude of awards and accolades for his competition entries. Most notably, his remarkable collection of gold medals and the prestigious title of U.S. Pastry Chef of the Year.
Call him Professor Smith when he is teaching Confectionery Arts, Chocolate and Baking & Pastry courses, at two City University colleges in New York.
Anthony Smith the entrepreneur, operates a private catering business for elegant desserts, and he creates chocolate models and bonbon boxes for holidays, special occasions and corporate gifts.
